Week One:

Sunday, 8/29: strength
Monday, 8/30: 3 mile easy run
Tueday, 8/31: Cross train 45 minutes: Ended up being a 15 minute powerwalk and stretching
Wednesday, 9/1: 5 mile tempo run, 1 mile warm up, 3 @ 10:54, 1 mile cool down
Thursday, 9/2: rest
Friday, 9/3: swapped Fri. and Sat., moving furniture down the stairs and out of an attic for 2 hours!
Saturday, 9/4: 8 miles Went ahead and did this Friday, couldn’t quite keep that pace in the heat at 10:00 am!

Week Two:

Sunday, 9/5: 4 miles @ 12:38 ran these right on target
Monday, 9/6: strength
Tuesday, 9/7:  5 miles, warm up, 2×1600 @ 10:22 wih 800 jogs, cool down
Wednesday, 9/8:cross train
Thursday, 9/9: rest
Friday, 9/10: (supposed to be cross train but we will be in Disneyworld)
Saturday, 9/11: (forgoing 9 mile long run since we will be in Disneyworld)

Week Three:

Sunday, 9/12:2 easy miles (supposed to be 3)
Monday, 9/13: walked the parks
Tuesday, 9/14: walked the parks
Wednesday, 9/15: 3 mile tempo (supposed to be 5)
Thursday, 9/16: walked the parks
Friday, 9/17: rest
Saturday, 9/18: 3 miles, supposed to be 9, skipping long run and doing 10 next week

Week Four:

Sunday, 9/19: rest
Monday, 9/20: 3 mile easy run
Tuesday, 9/21: 5 mile easy run -was supposed to be 4 but I did 5
Wednesday, 9/22: cross train- went for a walk
Thursday, 9/23: 6 mile tempo run –supposed to be 5 miles
Friday, 9/24:rest
Saturday, 9/25: 10 mile long run

Week 5

Sunday, 9/26: rest
Monday, 9/27: 3 miles @ 10:40
Tuesday, 9/28 cross training -walk
Wednesday, 9/29 Was supposed to be 5 miles, ended up going out of town for the day
Thursday, 9/30: 3 miles (supposed to be 5, had a family emergency)
Friday, 10/1 rest
Saturday, 10/2: 12 mile run! Longest training run to date!

Week 6

 Sunday , 10/3: rest
Monday, 10/4: 3 mile easy run
Tuesday, 10/5: cross train 20 min yoga
Wednesday, 10/6: 5 mile run ended up being 4 miles
Thursday, 10/7: cross train
Friday, 10/8: rest
Saturday, 10/9: Run for Life Half Marathon

Week 7

Sunday, 10/10: rest 
Monday, 10/11: rest
Tuesday, 10/12: recovery run
Wednesday, 10/13: 5 mile tempo run
Thursday, 10/14:cross 3 mile run
Friday, 10/15: rest
Saturday, 10/16: 6 miles

Week 8

Sunday, 10/17: rest
Monday, 10/18: 2 mile run
Tuesday, 10/19:
Wednesday, 10/20: 3 mile run
Thursday, 10/21: 6 mile tempo run
Friday, 10/22:
Saturday, 10/23: 6 mile long run

Week 9

 
Sunday, 10/24:
Monday, 10/25: 4 mile tempo run
Tuesday, 10/26: supposed to run 3, was sick
Wednesday, 10/27: supposed to run 2, was sick
Thursday, 10/28: rest for race
Friday, 10/29: rest for race
Saturday, 10/30: Jazz half marathon!
